Oops - it has been a few days!

Time flies when you are having fun!  I can't believe it has already been 3 days since I have updated the blog.  Peyton is as wonderful as ever.  She is still fighting the sniffles and seems to be much worse at night but she really doesn't get very upset over it at all - she's quite a trooper!  She is enjoying her swing at the moment as it is MUCH too cold to even think about going out today and the snow is starting to accumulate.  I guess winter is truly here now!

Since my last post not a lot has been going on.  We had a very relaxing weekend which was nice and on Monday Grammy came back up to help around the house a little.  We also had a short outing to Babies 'R' Us & Sam's Club yesterday morning and went to have our pictures taken at Picture People last night - it was a big day for such a little girl!  Of course, everyone at the picture place oohed & ahhed at our little one - she is quite the hit wherever we take her!

I don't have many new pictures to post but will at least put one new one up - hopefully I will be a little better at taking some pictures over the next few days.  She is still growing like crazy - it amazes me how she is growing out of some of her clothes and really starting to fill-in some of her others - so fun!!

Her cheeks are filling out! What a little cutie! And I'm very jealous of her sleeping habits!!!

I might be a little prejudiced, but I must say that little Miss Peyton is the most precious, beautiful baby on the planet. Of course, most everyone else we know thinks she is gorgeous too. It has been my pleasure to have the opportunity to spend a little time with the new family for a few days here and there - although they are like old pros at this parenting thing - so comfortable with handling whatever comes their way. Peyton being such a great sleeper is a blessing - especially for the new little Mommy to get more rest at night. Grammy had to have a lesson on the car seat when we went on our outing to Babies R Us - new fangled stuff to get used to, but I'll get the hang of it eventually. What fun, what fun. She seems to like Grammy's singing - I might introduce her to the piano next week - never too young!
