Today was Peyton's 4-month check-up and she did GREAT! Peyton weighed-in at 13 lbs 7 oz and is now 24 1/2" long, both in the 50th percentile. Her head circumference is in the 25th percentile but I don't remember the measurement off the top of my head. Dr. Schloegel said that she is meeting all of her developmental milestones and is overall in good shape. Peyton is now also able to start on "solids" (rice cereal, followed by vegetables, followed by fruits) whenever we are ready to get started. I'm sure we'll have lots of pictures from the first couple of times where Peyton is wearing more of the cereal than she is eating!
Peyton also got 4 shots and an oral vaccine while at her appointment today. She did really well and calmed down very quickly as soon as I was able to pick her up after the shots. Now, does this look like a girl that just had 4 shots???

Simply adorable - think how happy she would be without the 4 shots - uncontrollably happy! She loves her feet and legs. PERFECT PEYTON All those bibs are going to come in handy - good luck!
