Peyton asked me to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day! She was all smiles this morning so I caught a good picture early! :)
Peyton also surprised me last Wednesday by laughing out loud! She has been giving us one cackle here and there when she is really happy but on Wednesday she strung a few of those cackles together into a laugh - so cute! :) She still hasn't perfected this new skill yet but it is so fun when she gets those little laughs out.Chad had his right eye corrected, again, from his vision correction surgery he had done a couple of years ago - hopefully the 4th time is a charm! :) Since he needs lots of rest after his surgery yesterday, we are looking forward to a quiet weekend at home.

Happy Valentine Day to all of you, Peyton looks like you could just reach out and touch her. Cute picture I think she grows with every update. We have really enjoyed this web site at least we don't feel so totally unconnected with the distance issue. If I had my way we would be able to do a face to face at least once a week. Looking forward to seeing Peyton next week. Sounds like Chad has had enough sleep so I think it should be his job to take the night feeding
