1. This week we were pretty busy packing and getting the house ready to go on the market soon - it is a crazy but exciting time for sure.
2. On Saturday, Grammy & Grandpa came up to visit and celebrate Grammy's birthday since she shares her big day with Mr. Garrison! We got a few things ready for Garrison's party and then headed out for a tasty lunch at On the Border. You can tell by Garrison's face that he LOVED black beans! After lunch, Grammy & Grandpa took Peyton home with them for a special treat - Peyton had a blast going bowling for the first time! On Sunday, they went to church and played until it was time to come back for Garrison's 1st birthday party!
3. Here are just a couple of my favorite pictures from the week - Peyton helping Daddy clean the deck, Garrison sitting so proudly on the fireplace and Peyton & Garrison dining on pizza for BREAKFAST! I love these kiddos so much!

I enjoyed my birthday celebration at On the Border - maybe not as much as Garrison did ha ha since my face was basically free of black beans! The birthday brownie and ice cream they gave me was yummy. We had a blast bringing Peyton home with us for an overnight visit. Bowling was so much fun - she did great until the 7th frame when she announced, "I'm done" - and she was. She sat down, took off her bowling shoes and was ready to go. She was very polite and let Grandpa finish up before we left. She had lots of fun playing - she is really getting good at pretending and imagination play. She was good in church and told me, "God isn't really there, Grammy, we can't see Him - He is in our hearts" - how sweet is that! Our church family enjoyed getting to see her again. Great memories.
