Peyton continues to do great, though she is still fighting a nasty cough. The Dr.'s office continues to reassure me that she is just going to have to wait it out and there isn't anything we can do for her other than take her into the steam shower every night before bed. Hopefully it will be gone soon!
We had a GREAT Memorial Day weekend. Since I had some time off between jobs Chad took off Friday with me and we played a round of golf down at Sycamore Ridge. We had a blast and I remembered why I love the game so much! It was such a relaxing time on a very beautiful day. After the round we went by and grabbed Apollo and then went to pick-up Peyton for the weekend. Friday evening we headed to Grammy & Grandpa's house to kick-off the holiday weekend. We started Saturday by playing another round of golf with my Dad - too fun! Grammy took care of Peyton during our golf game and had a great time keeping her entertained! Then on Sunday we headed to the lake to visit Grandma & Grandpa Todd. After a relaxing day at the lake hanging out and Chad got to play another round of golf on Monday while Peyton & I hung-out with Grammy. After a very exciting holiday weekend, Peyton took a long nap on the way home and was ready for the week!!
This week was also an exciting time for me. I started a new job on Tuesday which seems a little crazy since I spent the last 7 years of my life working at Sprint. I'm really excited for the new opportunity and am learning tons every day!
Otherwise, not a lot is new at the Todd household. Peyton continues to be a great eater and is growing like crazy! She keeps trying to get her knees up under her to try to crawl but still gets wherever she wants to go by rolling around. She is so amazing to watch - we are so lucky!!!

This Memorial Day Weekend was the best one I have ever had - time with family is priceless. Peyton and I had such a wonderful time visiting with her Great Grandma/pa Mintun and visiting with some friends and neighbors. We took a walk with Peyton in her stroller (after applying sun screen of course). Everyone is always glad to see Peyton and enjoy watching her grow up. The time spent with Amanda too on Monday while the guys played golf was great fun - except when Amanda fell asleep while I was talking to her! Too funny - Peyton was on her lap and wide awake, but she soon too was asleep. They needed the rest, so Grammy wasn't too hurt - ha ha. Having the Todds here with us for most of the weekend was absolutely awesome! Can't wait for the next visit.
