Weekly Happenings - 2/13 - 2/19

1.  When I was at school this week for Peyton's conference (where we found out Peyton is having a GREAT year), I found this beauty.  Here is Peyton's family portrait - love it!

2.  On Tuesday it was Valentine's Day and it was time for Garrison's party!  It was amazing to walk into his classroom, all decorated with balloons and see his smiling face.  I mean, what could possibly go wrong with 9 pre-K kiddos hopped up on sugar?!

3.  Garrison's school recently completed a project where they decorated locks and then locked them on a fence designed to spell LOVE.  What a fun project - Garrison was very proud of his lock!

4.  Saturday was a fun day!  Grammy & Grandpa came up for lunch and for Grandpa & Daddy to go to the golf show.  The kids decided they weren't done having fun with Grammy & Grandpa so they went home with them for the rest of the weekend since there was no school scheduled for Monday!  They had a great time having fun at the park (gorgeous weather for February), having a picnic, going to church and visiting the bunnies at Ms. Kelly's house.  Peyton LOVES Grammy's chicken pot pie so she asked if she could make a couple to put in the freezer - she did nearly all of the work herself and was so proud of her final product.  And we enjoyed one of the pot pies the following week - it was amazing!!  They even made muffins for National Muffin Day - yummy!
