1. First a couple of pictures of the kiddos with really no story behind them other than both Garrison & Peyton looking super cute. Garrison The Godfather (check-out the flexing of his biceps!) and Peyton the ballerina. Peyton is loving dance class and I've gone to watch the last two weeks which has been great! Unfortunately for Peyton, she has her mother's coordination so some of the ballet moves have been kind of tough for her but she keeps trying and is getting better each week!
2. Daddy found Peyton a new app for the iPad which is an interactive version of "The Monster at the End of this Book," one of Peyton's favorite books. She LOVES it and even "reads" to Garrison, which he loves - what a great big sister!!

3. Garrison turned 2 months old on Thursday so it was time for another picture with Mickey Mouse! Garrison weighed-in at 11 lbs 13 oz (45%) and measured 23" (50%). He's a growing boy!!

4. On Thursday, Grammy & Grandma Mintun came up to visit. After we got our work done around the house Garrison & I took Grammy to Trader Joe's for the first time and enjoyed a nice lunch out, we had a great time!

5. On Saturday, Peyton enjoyed a leisurely morning in her pjs. She is watching some cartoons below but what caught me about this picture was how BIG she has gotten - where did my baby girl go??!!

6. Then later on Saturday morning we headed up north of the city to Worlds of Fun and we had a BLAST!!! Peyton loved all of the rides (well, except for the mini-detonator) and rode several with both Daddy & Mommy and even a few by herself. She measured in right at 36" which allowed her to ride some on her own and she even got a special purple bracelet that showed all of the ride attendants that she was 36"! Garrison was a trooper as we were at WOF for almost 6 hours and he even enjoyed one ride - the train.

7. Sunday was another family day which was great! Peyton & I had some special time running errands including going birthday party shopping for Peyton's upcoming birthday, a little shoe shopping and of course a trip to the grocery store! While we were out, Daddy & Garrison cheered the Chiefs on to their first win of the season.
8. Garrison has really started to smile, coo & "talk" a lot more over the last week and it is so adorable!! This weekend he also started blowing bubbles. It is so great to interact with him more as he learns to "talk" and Peyton thinks it is pretty fun too when he flashes his little grin!
